$220 for up to fifteen fully edited images. That is the standard Brisbane listing set, and it covers most three and four bedroom homes without anyone having to make a hard choice about which room to leave out.
Ten images is $180. Twenty-five is $350. Same-day delivery, 24 hours guaranteed, with all editing inside the package price.
That last clause is the one worth reading twice, because it is where two quotes that look identical stop being identical.

The sixteen corrections
Every image in every package gets the same sixteen. None of them is an upsell, and the reason for spelling them out is that a listing where they were skipped is easy to spot on a portal at thumbnail size.
| Correction | What the listing looks like without it |
|---|---|
| HDR bracketing with window replacement | Blown-white windows, or a dark room with a visible view |
| Vertical and horizontal straightening | Walls leaning inward, doorframes off true |
| Lens distortion removal | Bowed skirting boards and curved benchtops |
| Outdoor sky replacement | Flat grey sky on an otherwise bright house |
| Lawn repair or replacement | Patchy dry turf reading as neglect |
| TV screen replacement | A black rectangle, or a reflection of the photographer |
| Flash reflection removal | Hot spots in glass, splashbacks and mirrors |
| Photographer reflection removal | A person in the bathroom mirror |
| Fire added to fireplaces | A cold empty hearth in a winter listing |
| Pool cleaner removal | Hoses across the water in the hero shot |
| White balancing | Yellow kitchens and blue bedrooms in the same set |
| Brightness and contrast | Rooms that look smaller and darker than they are |
| Tone adjustment | Inconsistent look across the gallery |
| Image sharpening | Soft detail at portal display size |
| Dust spot removal | Marks in the sky and across pale ceilings |
| Minor blemish removal | Scuffs and marks pulling the eye off the room |
Add those up as line items at typical per-image editing rates and the difference between an all-inclusive $220 and a $150 quote with editing charged separately usually goes the wrong way.
Comparing two quotes properly
Three questions do it.
Is editing in the price, and which edits? "Professionally edited" means nothing on its own. Ask specifically about window pulls, verticals and sky replacement. Those three are the most commonly excluded and the most visible when they are missing.
How many images, and who chooses them? A package of fifteen means fifteen delivered. If the photographer shoots forty and you select fifteen with the rest available at a per-image price, that is a different product with a different real cost.
When do the files land, and what happens if the campaign date moves? Same day is achievable. Three business days is common. On a Thursday shoot for a Saturday open home, the difference decides whether the listing goes live with photographs or without them.
How many images the listing actually needs
Ten, $180. Units, townhouses and two-bedroom apartments. Enough for a hero exterior, the living and dining, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and an outdoor space.
Fifteen, $220. The standard, and the right answer for most three and four bedroom houses in Brisbane. It gives you two exteriors, both living zones, the kitchen from two angles, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the outdoor area and a detail or two.
Twenty-five, $350. Acreage, luxury listings, and homes with separated living zones or a second dwelling. Also the right call when the block is the selling point and the house is secondary, because you need frames for both.
Buying fifteen for a home that needed twenty-five is a false economy that shows up as a portal gallery skipping straight from the kitchen to the back fence.
When the add-ons earn out
Dusk, from $60. Worth it when the property has a lit outdoor area, a pool, a view, or architectural form that reads better against a dark sky. Not worth it on a flat-fronted brick home with no external lighting, where the add-on buys you the same house in worse light. Say so to the vendor rather than adding it by default.
Floor plan, from $180. The single highest-value add-on on the list, because it answers the one question photographs cannot: how the rooms connect. Buyers who cannot picture the layout do not come to the open home.
Virtual staging, $85 per image. For genuinely empty properties. Three or four staged images is normally the correct quantity: the living area, the master, and one flexible room where you want to suggest a use. Staging every room costs more than it returns and starts to look like a catalogue.
Property video and 3D tours. Video at $165 for thirty seconds is inexpensive social content. A 3D showcase tour at $320 for a three-bedroom home does a different job: it filters out the buyers who were never going to proceed, which is worth more on a listing with heavy inspection traffic than on one with none.
The logistics that affect turnaround
Base is Sunnybank Hills, with a 12 km radius covered as standard and anything further quoted on the address. Payment is taken up front so that delivery stays same-day and nothing waits on an invoice being processed while an agent needs files.
Book early in the day where the property allows it. A 9:00 am shoot delivers same day comfortably. A 4:30 pm dusk shoot cannot, because the light you came for has not happened yet.
